The idle speed motor on your van controls the amount of air that is allowed into the engine when you are idling, or take your foot off of the gas. The throttle plate in the throttle body is closed at that point, so the only way for the engine to get air to run is through the idle speed motor. The part number from the dealer for the idle speed motor for your van is 4861085 and should be between 90-100 dollars.

Not sure on price,150maybe. It controls the amount of air in the throttle body idle circuit. It can increase or decrease idle speed depending on engine temp or load.
