sounds like appendix trouble--better see a doctor quickly. could possibly be kidney problems too. dont put it off

If the pain occurs in the lower abdomen only when urinating or ejaculating (in the area where your leg meets your abdomen, in the groin, or in the scrotum), then you may have epididymitis. If that's the case, then you'll need some antibiotics. Go to your doctor or to a clinic to get diagnosed and treated.

you may be ejaculating to hard like 38c said you may have a hernia
