Song title? Help, its been in my head for days...?

All I know is that there is a line in the song that says "you're taking me over" or "you're taking me under" the band sounds like nickelback or default but i can't figure out the song or who actually sings it. I know this isn't much information, but maybe someone out there will know what I am talking about.
