LOL i know ur pain, having moles sux ha? there's two ways u can get rid of em. If they r the fleshy, kinda spongey kind then a skin specialist can probably take it off by deadening the area first, then they scrape the surface off the mole level with ur skin. Then they quartarize (lousy spelling?) it ie they burn it till it seals with a lil kinda medical soldering iron thing. Its that or if the mole is more substantial or deeper, they have to cut in n around it n under it to remove the whole thing. This way tends to scar. The first way is good. I've had it done. I wouldn't say it was the most enjoyable experience of my life but it got rid of those damn moles n left only a tiny lil mark of slightly paler skin, like a lil spot. They can come back but they start of as tiny lil specks again. Good luck n i don't blame u for wanting rid of the moles, They're a pain in the *ss ha?

This is the best home remedy.
Apple cider vinegar. Whilst, some of you have never heard of this and some of you have. Apple cider vinegar is the safest home remedy of getting rid of moles. The vinegar has to have, least, 5% acid in it.
You get some Vaseline and apply it around the mole ( to prevent the skin drying at and discoloration) warning, this can still dry out the skin around it, but It will heal fast.
Once you have apply the Vaseline, you get a cotton bud and some surgical tape. Then, you dip the whole cotton bud in the apple cider vinegar. Make sure the whole thing is covered.
Apply this every night and in a few nights the mole will dry out and fall off.
Once it has fallen off, don't apply any more of the vinegar.
When it has healed you can use some bio oil to prevent scarring (there shouldn't be much scarring).

Careful surgery by a dermatologist. They have to be cut out all the way thru the skin, but this usually leaves a scar that looks worse than the mole did. I had a couple removed from my back for medical reasons, and now it looks like a white mole instead of a brown one.

Moles are generally hyper-pigmentation that may turn up all over. They may get eliminated through surgical treatment, or simply with many diy natural home remedies.
Surgical procedure is high-priced, charging anywhere from around $125 to $500 and it may leave scarring damage. Do-it-yourself solutions are low-cost and can remove ugly skin moles in only a few days with no scar issues.
Natural home remedies may inlcude onion, tea tree oil, or even grapefruit seed extract applied during a short period.

There are two schools of thought: (1) You could have the dermatologist remove it so that you can look like all the other girls on the street or, (2) You could leave it alone and it would become your trademark. Cindy Crawford kept hers all through her modelling career and she became famous for that mole because it set her apart from all the other pretty faces. Now, you decide.

if it is a mole :flatish, surgery is required(not all that painfull) if the doc will not do surgery cus they think that it is cosmetic tell them that it has goten larger over a period of time(months not weeks) and that you think it might be cancerious.
if it is a skin tag: looks like a mole only sticks out alot and not round you can use RELLY RELLY sharp sizors. if the skin tags are close to a quarter the size of a pencile earesar dont cut it. it will bleed to much
good luck

you get them cut off.. they numb the are with a local and they slice them out.. but insurance will only pay for ones that the doctor thinks might be cancerous.. like odd shaped.. or growing.. all other one would be just cosmetic.. and you would have to pay... plus you will have a little scar.. they used about three stiches per mole on me.. but they may not do that on your face.

I think you can maybe freeze them off or have them removed with a laser. A friend of mine had one removed, I think surgically, but that was several years ago, so I would guess that they have better methods now. You should talk to a dermatologist.
