You're definately not normal if your height varies by 3 inches

5-3 and 100 pounds sounds like a really healthy weight. you sound healthy, I'm not a doctor but you sound fine. I wouldnt worry too much about.

If you really feel self-concious then go to a doctor an ask them to find your BMI (body mass index) and then you will know if you are overweight or not. But from what you described, you are perfectly healthy.

Going into three digit numbers can be un-nerving because as a child you were always two digit number but being your age, your height, and also you have think of muscle (which is heavier than fat) it amazing you are as low as 100.

100 pounds for someone between 5'3'' and 5'6'' is perfectly normal. It sounds like you stay healthy and in good shape by eating right and exercising through playing sports.

sorry to say you are perfectly healthy the fat u think you have now will soon develop in other places, the fact that you think your fat is because you are becoming aware of your own body as you get older.

You are very thin actually. If you are into sports, you probably have an athletic build meaning you have muscle defenition, but you are definately NOT FAT.
