Chicago is economically progressive and has one of the tallest buildings in the world. It boasts of a good basketball team especially during the time of Michael Jordan. It is a clean and beautiful city.

Oh, are you talking about the UIniversity of Chicago economics department? Milton Friedman taught there. It is well known as one of the best economics departments in the country. I'd say George Mason University probably comes in second.
