Cincinnati will, unfortunately, be tagged with the paralyzing "12 criminals on the field" penalty, which means all their players will have to play with their hands cuffed behind their backs, except the kickers, who will have their legs shackled together.
Nonetheless, they will still score 45 points on Kansas City's, shall I say, porous defense.
As far as the Raiders/Chargers are concerned, figure 21 points for the Chargers, 7 for the Raiders, and 600 for the IQ of the 1400 fans who will be arrested. All that silver paint seems to make one rather stupid.

I'm going for Cincinnati even though KC is favored. Each week usually has at least one underdog win.

I'd say Cincinnatti will win, but I wouldn't put money on it.
the SD/Oakland game will probably be a low-scoring type of game. I'd guess a total of 31 points, maybe 37.
