I do a lot of kickboxing training, and i would like to have some music to keep me goin the extra mile!!!

My boyfriend is a weight lifter, he had me make cd's for him of my mudvayne, godsmack, limp bizkit, and system of a down to name a few. Give those a try. He loves them!

Fuel by Metallica will get the blood flowing, you also can't go wrong with Du Hast by Rammstein. And the Cradle Will Rock... by Van Halen is another good one.

I use stuff from Darude and Enigma for my Taekwondo workouts. Avalon sells mixed CD's for workouts that my friend uses.
