get him served? i've been to the WV child support agency with all the info i have and he hasn't even been served papers yet! he sends nothing and never even calls his son. his name is Darin Lee Corn and if anyone has any info about getting a deadbeat dad to pay up i'd love to know!thanks.

I did a little research using the information you've provided. It looks like he is in Palm Bay, which you probably already know.
Your agency needs to send the papers to the Brevard County Sheriff for service. It may take a couple weeks, but I had little trouble finding his address, so they should have no problem, either.
Once he is served, the Florida Department of Revenue is very aggressive in making sure that support is paid, otherwise he will find himself with a suspended license, and possibly jailtime if the back support accrues too much.

I out of 4 yrs. just got a support order. I live in MI. He lives in IN. They just lost him again he is 4,000 in the whole they are going to take his taxes but I can't wait a yr. at a time to support my two children. My fiance`who isn't there father pays to support my children plus pays support for his own two children. That's a man. Good man. But good luck. Keep hounding the child support offices. I am now doing my own foot work for my order. Good luck.

Did you leave him and steal his son? If you left him and moved away, what makes you so high and mighty? If that's the case maybe you're a deadbeat mom who should prove she's worthy of child support. If you left him, then the courts should make sure YOU get the son back and forth to see his dad. Otherwise it's not child support, but ransom.
