Does this sound like signs of flirting from my female teacher?

Signs she shows:
1) Smiling
2) Getting close
3) Keep glancing at my chest when talking..and when i have high-collared shirts on..she can't keep her eyes off.
4) Pays more attention to me than her other assistant

Well there seems to be a possibility. I would be careful though. Not good to mix personal life with your teacher.

It does sound as though she is flirting with you. Be careful and if I were you, I would put a stop to it.
