Dreams are VERY important!! They help us in a way we can't be when awake. Or at least, not so much in detail. So strongly. They're very symbolic-- usually. You have to feel it. If it's clear yet still crazy but somewhat normal as well, think about it. If it's a blur of many insane things of no sense, think of it no more than a messed-up dream!
So, anyway, to interpret your dream...
Okay, you have "commit suicide", "floating around from house to house", "trying to get people to notice me" and "I go completely insane". These are most important. What I would've like to have known is HOW you commit suicide; drowning yourself, pills, etc? Well, no matter. Let me continue... going along...
I think this recurring dream-- in other words, your subconscious-- is trying to tell you that you're killing yourself, or at least a part, to try and get people to notice you. And that drives you nuts! To kill-- hide-- something of you must be maddening. You're too afraid to show/tell, and that drives you insane.
Also, dreaming of committing suicide means that you are no longer able to cope with difficult decisions in life. Or, having too much guilt and therefore turning the aggression on yourself. On a more positive way of seeing this, it can also mean that you've dropped a bad aspect of yourself that you've been carrying around. Thus, you try to go around, attempting to make people notice that. That you're different on a certain aspect.
So, now, you have to see if this is opening up your way of seeing and "discontinuing" your confusion... Hope I answered you and good luck!! : )

Yes recurring dreams do tell us something about an unresolved issues, guiltiness or forewarns of something that might happen in the future.
According to one dream interpretation of committing suicide is:
Suicide
To dream that you commit suicide, denotes that conditions in your life is so frustrating that you are no longer willing to cope with a situation or relationship in the same way as you did in the past. Alternatively, you may be unable to overcome feelings of guilt and thus turning the aggression on yourself. On a more positive note, it may suggest that you are saying good-bye to one aspect of yourself or character that your have been carrying around.
To see someone commit suicide in you dream, highlights your concerns for that person. Also consider what characteristics and qualities in that person you may be trying to "kill" and annihilate in your own self. Perhaps you hope that you are not like that person in some way and are making attempts to get rid of those traits within your own self.
Maybe you have to find out what is bothering you to stop your recurring dreams. Once you resolve that then you should not being have that dream again.

I don't know an immense amount in terms of dream interpretation, but I was told once by a Professor that our dreams are what our mind has been busy trying to block out. Events from a past life, or events in another life. That we exist in many plains and in many forms, and sometimes those worlds collide. I guess it's also based on your belief system. I certainly think if one can uncover the mystery to it's fullest then there is much to be gained -- whether its for this life or the next.

dreams are, what some consider, portals into our deep subconcious. You know, the stuff we don't out right think about or act upon but the stuff REALLY embedded deep down in ourselves. I'm no dream analyst by any means but you may be having some issues with self esteem or how you think others view you. Not sure if you're an introverted person or outgoing but it seems that these dreams signal to you that what you believe yourself to be may not be what you either want it to be or what you believe others think you are.

You should be asking a doctor these questions, not throwing them around in here.
