Thanks all for the answers you posted, alot of the caring ones make a lot of sense. I have personally got too emotionally involved with the whole situation, its a real rollercoaster situation. One of the problems here still is we all hang out together on weekends and no moving is not an option, this includes her husband too. I know what I have to do, but its not going to be easy, well nothing ever is.

look ive been in the same situation, first this happens when you are not aware of the many other combatible , beautiful and sweet single women who you would love just as much and even better!! go out to a nice decent gathering and i promise your mind will slowly get off of thinking about her. but remember u need to turn off the old switch before u turn on the new switch!

I know you can't see this now, but to continue this is to risk damaging more than two lives here. It also could be deadly. Run from temptation. You may not be able to move, but you don't have to hang out together. Put distance now. Lingering only makes it harder. I've been there. I was the married woman. My reputation was ruined and my children never forgot! Many people were hurt, including wonderful in-laws. Too high a price to pay, believe me!

While this is hard, you know the thing you have to do...Man think about all the people that are affected by this...........Moms, Dads, aunts uncles, cousins, kids, spouses..........You need to find ways why you can't get together....like working ...You don't really want to break them up do you? Maybe things will happen down the road one day, but not your fault.......Do the right thing and call it off...Lust can be the most evil thing....Everyone will regret it later, trust me...I've had friends that have done things like this years ago and they and their families and friends still feel the effects....They lost their friends, fam members, etc...Not worth it dude! Be a man
