I want to know the answer to htis question. don't waste my time. oh yeah is a laptop with a 350 mhz processor capable of windows xp?

Microsoft's specifications say yes, but the performance would be poor at best. The MHz. would be okay, but 128mb ram will not allow any multitasking, in fact the OS would eat up most of that.

1) Yes. But poorly. Best upgrade would be 512MB ram. Might want Norman as a virusscanner (or disconnect it from internet), it's made in assembly (but will slow down the PC anyway, but i think other virusscanners will slow down it too much).

2) Better stick with Windows 2000 for that laptop. An XP license would be a waste for that old laptop.

Yes it is, but it won't be exciting. I have done it.

Windows XP will go on the 350 MHz, but by the time you get XP SP2 installed it will be useless.

Dont even waste ur time. If u did happen to get the OS on the computer it would RUN VERY VERY VERY SLOW!!! Get a NEW LAPTOP with at least much faster processor!!

You can install window 2000 but your laptop will be very slow. You may but it is not recomended.

You can but add some memory if you can with those cause system bottlenecks will really give you fits.
