I can't think of one thing that science has "made".
They have discovered and combined.
Can't think of any thing they've "made" that wasn't already here.

Science and Religion , Science and God etc are wellknown parodoxes.
To be more specific and practical , we may say that science is yet to investigate in the field of Medicine.
There are so many diseases and health problems/conditions for which we have to find remedies, instant cure and preventive measures.

Science is not production or invention! It is a system of study specializing in various disciplines.
Astronomy
Biology
Chemistry
Dentistry
Electricity
Forensic......
So they one thing science did not make is everything!

Everything - just like the fictional "God" character you're apparently espousing.
Science is (loosely) the study of methods used to find (AND CONFIRM) answers to our questions. It's a subject and is thus not personified.
