Not actors. James Fisk was a railroad financier who was partnered with a man named *Jay* Gould in the Erie railroad. There is an Elliot Gould, who is an actor.

Elliot Gould is that geeky actor with the big nose and curly hair. He's been in lots of movies with crappy supporting roles, never really been the BIG star. Jay Fisk? no idea. Okay, I just did a search and this is what I got from Google......Civil War and Reconstruction, Series One: Parts 1 to 5

I am not sure who Jay Fisk is but the Elliot Gould I know of is an actor.

Elliot Gould played Ross and Monica's dad on Friends. I'm not sure about Jay Fisk.

Not sure who Jay Fisk is,but Elliot Gould is an actor. I believe he was Barbra Streisand's first husband when she was quite young and just on her way to becoming famous. They have a son together.
