cuz i see alot of girls at school or out wereing there shorts or pe shorts or even there sweat pants over there jeans its very weired
and i dont know why they do it?

I used to wear jeans under my scrub bottoms. My uniform for school was medical scrub wear, but they are VERY thin and COLD. So when it's winter in Michigan, you layer over or under your clothes.
Maybe they have a witch's @$$. (ever hear the phrase "colder than a witch's @$$?)

Where do you live? Where I live we wear mini's over our jeans. I think they want to be trendsetters and they arent doing a very good job.
