Well since i just bought this house,,i have a fridge,stove,washer and dryer,,,all the appliances that were left, i got all new,,and threw the old out..Also a toilet in back-i might leave that,,i like to take a leak out the back door, i might just take a crap out there too,,my back yard is mountains, so the only ones i would offend is the deer and bears,,and if they use it they better bring their own damn toilet paper...

No to many snakes around here to have junk around. I got a car that is drive able in the driveway but it's not broken down. Just got a new one and don't know what the crap to do with it...
