Yes! An adult should never strike you as punishment. At 14 you are also on the way to being an adult yourself. You should be treated as a young adult. There are other ways to punish you if you have done something wrong. No one should ever strike out at someone when they are angry.

Yes it is. I don't believe in physical punishment because I view it as cruelty and abuse. It doesn't matter if you deserved it or not...no one should never hit you like that.

look anger can be expressed in the wrong way, the best thing to do is avoid getting in the way of your angry father, read a book in a quiet place and try to avoid his attention.
