The best way to do that is contact any of the computer dealers in Nehru place or Faridabad or your nearby computer dealers. They usually stock (buyback) the old systems and sell the new ones at a lower price. You can get hold of these old buyback systems.

Second one is to participate in any of the Embassy Auctions for any country where the sell of all the items at very cheap rate.

lastly is to hunt for one on the http://www.baazee.com or http://www.ebay.in/

hope this helps
