I want to start taking in low income parent that get CHS but still need help how do I apply for government assistance

Do not we the TAX payer already give them a child tax credit of like 3k? now you want me IE throw my taxes masked by the do-good-er government slacker to fund you daycare. Do you think if you had a good day care they would pay for it and may be make a profit?? that way you can also be a tax payer.
