i have a 1984 isuzu impulse. the passenger side rear lights has the reverse, brake, and tail light bulbs on one piece. i need to know what that is called. i have tried jcwhitney.com and cannot find anything. PLEASE HELP!!!

You are either referring to the light "socket", which actually holds the bulb and supplies power. Or, you are referring to the whole "rear light assembly". This would either be a used (junk yard) part, or a dealer only item depending on the year of your car.

Back in the eighties when I sold parts, it was called a tail light assembly. Why not check with an Isuzu dealer in your area. Once you know, then you can go on line with www.unneedapart.com or www.findusedparts.com

Call your dealer and give the same info you gave here. Find out the technical name for what you need. It may be that the vehicle is young enough that what you need is a Dealer Only item anyway. Then you can talk to different venders in an intelligent manner.

it is a tail light socket. check your bulb size, it should have a number on it, most any auto parts store should carry it. simply tell them you need a tail light socket and the number on the bulb

maybe a tail light assemble maybe. I am not sure. I call it the back lights.
