Could someone explain to me in a middle-school level term of how to solve this set-builder notation problem?

It goes like this:
"Denote by set-builder notation, using "x" as the variable. There may be more than one answer.
14. the set of all rational numbers
15. the set of all movies relesaed this year
16. {1, 3, 5, ..., 99}

14. {x|x is a rational number}

15. {x|x is a movie released this year}

16. {x| x is a positive odd number less than 100}

It means to write an open brace, then the variable, then a vertical slash which means "such that", then a definition of the set's elements, then a close brace.

You read it (#14) like this: "the set of all numbers x such that x is a rational number"
