E.L.F. has some nice brushes. I'd stick to their Studio line though. At just $3 a pop, they're actually very decent quality. I especially love the Studio Powder Brush. Anyhow, it's hard for me to suggest one specific brand for everything, so I will give you my cheap favorites for each category :) Concealer- Hard Candy Glamouflage. It covers everything and lasts forever. I actually find it very comparable to the Kat Von D Tattoo Concealer. Foundation- I know you said that you wanted the cheapest stuff ever, but I'd be careful when it comes to foundation. Don't go TOO cheap unless you want to be badly broken out. My favorite drugstore foundation is Revlon Colorstay. It comes in formulations for different skin types and the coverage is awesome. If you'd prefer something lighter, Bourjois Healthy Mix Serum Gel is awesome. Powder- NYC Loose Powder Blush- E.L.F. Studio Blushes (the shade 'Candid Coral' is very similar to NARS Orgasm). I also like the Wet N' Wild Color Icon Blushes. Eye Primer- E.L.F. Mineral Eyeshadow Primer (NOT Studio or Essential) Eyeliner- Essence Gel Liner and Wet N' Wild Mega Eyes Creme Liner are the best super cheap liners that I've come cross. They are very opaque, creamy, and long-wearing (plus only a few bucks each). Eye Shadow- Wet N' Wild has some awesome shadows. They make singles, trios, palettes etc. The colors blend nicely and tend to be very pigmented. Try the 'Walking On Eggshells' trio for some good everyday shadows. Mascara- I haven't found a SUPER cheap one that I've liked, but the new Covergirl Clump Crusher is great. You can literally apply 5-6 coats with zero clumping. Eyebrow Pencil- Wet N' Wild Icon Icon Brow & Eye Pencil is under $2 and one of my all time favorite brow pencils. It's very creamy, seems to control unruly hairs, and blends nicely for a natural look. Lipgloss- Essence Stay With Me glosses. Lipsticks- Revlon and NYX

I've never heard of a school where they require you to wear full makeup everyday. This better be a beauty school.

If your looking for cheap and decent quality, any dollar store/discount store will do.

If you are looking for better to mid range quality, any Drug store ( like CVS, Rite Aid, Walgreens, etc) will do fine. Also supermarkets like stop and shop. If you want the discount, shop when they have discount weeks.

good luck.

Since you're wearing it everyday, you should invest in better makeup. If you want to learn how to enhance the looks of others, why not start with yourself? Cheap makeup can really screw your skin up. (some of them) And since you're in beauty school, you don't want people to laugh at you for your hideous makeup. Discount sales might not be good because sometimes, the liquid foundation have expired or near expired and the oil has already separated from the color, similar to nail polish that's been sitting in the shelf forever.

Try NYC.

You can pick it up at any drugstore or your local Walmart.

It has a good variety of colours and is very inexpensive. They have a complete set that includes 4 eye shadows, 2 lip glosses and blush for around $5. It comes in a small compact that includes brushes and a mirror. You can pop it in your purse for touch ups throughout the day.

My friends and I all use Mary Kate and Ashley makeup. It has great colors and is very reasonable, and lasts all day. Most Wal-Mart stores sell it. I know it sounds like it would be for really young girls but we are all 23 and 24 and love it because it's not as expensive as other brands and wears well.

This is an easy one: Go to the nearest Dollar store. They have name brand makeup really cheap! Also try Big Lots if you have one nearby. I just saw Revlon products for $1.99 each, today, when I was in Big Lots!

There is a great web site calley Makeup Alley -- people vote and comment on all different kinds of make-up, including inexpensive brands. I find that maybe CoverGirl will have a good foundation, Maybelline a good mascara, Almay a good lipstick, and so on. You won't find one brand that covers all the bases.

Palladio is a very good brand for powders and eye shadow. I buy it on line, because it isn't sold near me. their rice powder is GREAT.

Rimmel. It's available at Ulta, Target, Wal-Mart and Walgreen's and maybe more places. It's fashion forward with colors and trends and is inexpensive....ranging from $2-10 depending on what you want.

I would suggest Loreal liquid long lasting. I love it. The cheapest place for make-up is usually Target. Look for coupons in magazines and in your weekly paper. Also, watch for discounted products.

Try Vinnie's Makeup. It's cheap and good. Available at flea markets and street corners everywhere.
