For as long as I can remember I've had red cheeks,neck and chin. It's bumpy, almost like acne, but I'm positive it isn't. It doesn't itch or hurt. It just looks like rosy cheeks.

Sounds like rosacia. It's a skin condition many eastern european decent women have. Talk to your dermatologist or use proactive to help you rid you of it if it bothers you that much to look at it.

My husband likes my rosey cheeks, he thinks I'm perpetually blushing for him. (what an idiot) LOL!

It sounds like "Rosacea" Harmless but can be very annoying condition that can usually be controlled, sometimes with medicine from a dermatologist.

it's called chicken skin...i know many people that have it and it's not harmful. if you want to do something about it, talk to a dermatologist to find out if there is anything that you can do to get rid of the redness.

sounds like dry skin...when u wash your face , use antibacterial liquid soap, then rinse with hot water , then cold water....
aloe vera gel would do your face great.
Rosy cheeks...guess u are blessed
