format and install everything from scratch that should do it
hope this helps
(things is no matter what u uninstall after a virus infected files u cant get rid of it or even if u do the performance will be unreliable so formattin is the best solution in these cases)

first i would so s search for the trojan
sratr>search>type in the trojan name>ok if it finds the name delete it and even delete it from your trash bin

try unpluging the ethernet port wait 20 seconds and plug it back in see if it works if not unplug it again and also your moden for 30 seconds (only unplug the power cord from the modem itself not from the wall) same with the ethernet cord,

this reboots the moden and the ether net

if this does not work i would contact your ISP

i had th same problem today and it was because i tried to download the new yahoo antispy and because it was norton's it messed my whole system up

I think a simple solution to your problem would be to just buy a new ethernet card, since ethernet cards dont cost that much, and see if it works. If it works, keep it, if it doesnt, keep your receipt :)

I tried to reply to your message and I got that. black_ca_scorpio@yahoo.com
