Well I have been thinking about getting another piercing for a while now. Right now I have my left ear pierced, and was thinking about either getting my right ear pierced or getting the upper ear cartilage on my left ear pierced. Which do you guys think looks better / looks less gay on a guy.

I think it looks better with both ears pierced.
Also, a cartiledge piercing is REALLY painful. And they get infected easily. Which hurts.

It can depend where you get it pierced; an experienced person can make it less painful. I always feel a short sting only and not much pain when I pierce my eye lobes. When I pierced my upper ear cartilage, it hurt more and for a longer period of time, but it's really bearable. It definitely won't hurt so much that you cry or scream.

Get your right ear pierced. Getting the cartilage is so painful and easy to get infected. Plus i never where mine. Plus it would look better if it was even on both sides

If it was up to me, I would tell you neither.
I think both ears look too feminine, and any higher piercings look out of balance.
Instead, get a second hole done on your left lobe. I think a double piercing looks better than either of your suggestions.

The upper cartilage piercing looks nice. Just be careful you don't sleep on your piercing while it's healing....Ouch.

ummm personally if i seen a guy with the top done its gay. try one on each side with some loops like from hot topics or another place with hoops the kinda u put in body piercings.

I have both.. I just got my cartilage.. It does KIND of hurt like it irritates me like whoa. ANYWAYS the second hole its whatever but mine just recently closed up cus i like never use it.. it's kind of hard to put in earrings wit out the mirror at first.. atleast for myself.

dont get either. guys should just have one ear pierced. and if you have to get one, dont get your cartilage pierced. its ugly.

I think that ear piercing is self mutilation. Besides that, it's just a plain stupid thing to do to your body. No, I don't think it looks cool. It just makes you look foolish because you are foolish if you do it.

i think u should get the second ear pierced. Only becuz it would look lopsided
