Follow your dream. If you want to be a wrestler, you must follow a routine. Exercise is very important. Lifting weights, start off with dumb bells..and not your school mates. Stay away from greasy foods, they are too fatty. Eat salads, jog on sand or on grass. Never run on a hard surface. This will destroy your knees. When you reach 15, then start doing the heavy weight training. Take up kick boxing or karate or judo now.
Look for a wrestling school in your area. Ask them if they could use a little help around the place or at their house shows. You may be able to cut a deal with training.
Most of all, do not listen to the negativity that some people put on here. After all, what do they really know.

Believe me you aren't gonna be a pro wrestler simply because the only reason you want to be is because you watch the show (and if you don't know it's fake). Everybody has dreams of something there not ganna be or do and most of the time it doesn't happen. In your case you would probably get turned down and you won't have any qualifications for a job so you will have to get a crap one that pays like $20 a week just to stay alive. So I say don't try and be a pro wrestler unless you are 200% sure about it and you know you are going to get in because if you don't you're stuffed. Just remember everyone has dreams, not all of them come true. By the way if anyone wants to E-mail me my address is pielord1234@yahoo.com.au

Wait till you are older to make that decision. I use to love wrestling when I was 11. Now I'm 18 and I think wrestling is really corny. How I ever liked it, I will never know. You will have plenty of time to work out in the future, so just wait to see if you still like it when you get older. Besides, working out when you are that young can be bad for you.

I wish I could have answered this question first. The first 20 people are losers. You wanna wrestle? A painter paints. A runner runs. If you wanna wrestle, wrestle all your friends and beat their ***.
You must get strong so lift weights. You must be in great shape, so jog.
Eating is important ,so no fast food,(if you must ,avoid chicken mcnuggets and other fried foods... stick to grilled chicken.
Do push ups, pull ups and sit ups during commercials.
Keep your dream. Don't let anyone knock you off course.

Work out more, but only work out when your tall. You have to jump and run first.Size is quite important in the WWE.WWE always push the bigger stars.Don't listen to the other ppl that said you have to take steroids. If you start training now,in a few years time you'll have muscles like Batista and Bobby Lashley without taking steroids. Then when your 18 go to OVW(Ohio Valley Wrestling) to learn more about wrestling.

id say find a real job, steroids are bad for you and you need to use steroids to be a pro wrestler. Also, wrestling is fake, unless you mean the real wrestling not just that WWE crap. If you mean the real stuff without angry sweaty guys, work out naturally and jog.
