just find the nearest tatoo parlor, and kill the guy running it...you can then steal his identity and run the parlor...im pretty sure thats legal

Business license, business plan and a health dept cert in some counties/states. Check with your local City Hall or even the Chamber of Commerce to lead you to the right direction of your plans...they are there to help business succeed and you can become a member while you are at so that you have more clout in the business entity.

my friend owns one and he needed several liscences from the town, the health department and the state. It depends however on what state and what the local or city ordinances are governing such a business. Go to the town hall and ask.

It depends on what state you are in. If you google tattoo laws and your state it should tell you... or you can call your local board of health, city hall, etc
