try a hobby loby or any hobby shop..... they're bound to have clock gears of all sizes

Hobby Lobby and the arts and crafts department at Wal-Mart. Also if you have a cheap clock at home take it apart and use it. Just a thought.

can you find some thrift shops to look into for this that is the only way to find a clock in your budget
