OK< i just finished watching the movie and i'm confused. First of all, DONT READ ANYMORE OF THIS IF U HAVENT SEEN THE MOVIE!!! anyways, at the end, when the people take off their masks and it shows how evey's mother and father were still alive, that Gordon guy was still alive, that little girl u did graffiti and "shot" was alive, and the lesbian. WTF???? !!! is it supposed to be psychological thing, meaning that those people really weren't the mother father, brother, Gordon, the little girl, etc. but everyone oppossed by the government??? and therefore that means that V had no identity but was just an idea??? it doesnt make any sense, because V himself said Gordon was dead, and we saw him die, and the little girl, but they were alive at the end, plus, V got shot 30498958 times and didnt die??? it doesnt make any sense,

CAN SOMEONE PLEASE EXPLAIN THIS MOVIE (ENDING) TO ME??????????????????????????????/ please help, thx

OK... V has an Identity but HE had the idea... Sutler (the chancellor) told his army or men to kill anyone wearing that mask... V IS NOT GORDON if your thinking that... V was wearing armor and i guess his mask was bulletproof when he got shot so many times... There are many parts on this movie... i'll just explain... V wanted revenge on those who made him into a monster ( meaning those who messed him up using drugs and stuff) Also V wanted to destroy symbols that were holding people back, like thier freedom... ALSO that lesbian part was all a part of V's little plan or plot to get rid of that woman's ( that woman that had her head shaved, i forgot her name) fear. That was kinda confusing so if you have anymore questions ask me on AIM my sn is Aznb566 ..... PLEASE EVERYONE WHO LOOKS AT THIS DO NOT SPAM ME PLEASE!!! and the part where everyone takes of their V mask thing was to show respect to V i guess...

It all depends on what you plan to do plan to do after. If you are having problems attending classes and following the requirements of high school then your probably not ready for college jor trade school right away. Meaning the difference between a G.E.D. and a diploma 5 or more years from now will be minimal should you decide to go back to school. If you think that after a semester off you will want to go to trade school, or college then it does make sense to finish the actual diploma. I did drop out and get a G.E.D. I also went into automotive sales where it hasn't hurt me at all. I spent the last 7 years as a stay at home dad. Other than not being able to help my oldest son with his science or math homework myself I don't regret giving up 2 years of school. But I wouldn't do it to save 1 semester.

Ok..most of the people here answered correctly..ignore the ignorant ones who only said they didn't like it >)

Yes, The little girl, Gordon and the lesbian actress were killed by the Fingermen. But when you saw them in the crowd when all the people took the masks off..it was symbolism. They all died noble deaths *Gordon not afraid of parody-ing Chancellor Sutler, the idealistic girl who wasn't afraid of graffiti-ing Sutlers propaganda and the actress who was sent to the concentration camp like building with V...her only crime was enjoying an alternative lifestyle. V's words stirred the people to storm Parliament before it blew up...and as long as the people revolt over what they see is wrong IE Sutler's tyrannical corruption of England, the spirit of all those who died believing in the cause live on.

I watched it and i did enjoy it. But, I was also confused at the end. When i have the time, I plan on watching it again. There's got to be something that we missed during the movie. Somehow, it's got to make sense. Watch it again and see if u pick up on anything new. Sorry i couldn't help, thought u might feel better knowing that u aren't alone.

Watch it again..it is an awesome movie..i guarantee it...when I first watched it..I was like "WTF"...I watched it again...MADE SO MUCH MORE SENSE....remember..Evey sad V was everyone..."my mother, my father, my brother, my friend, etc..."....and the little girl never died...just a tip...when she was 'shot' it was just referring that things would get crazy..and innocent people would die...V wanted to be known for the ideas not his face....which is why he wears a mask...and because he's horribly burned...and...his ideas are the same as the guy before him..who's name was Guy Fawkes..and the mask..is the symbol of Guy Fawkes...any other questions?...

When Evey said he was my mother and my father and blah blah...It was kind of a symbolism thing....They weren't really there-cuz like u said, they're dead..... It's one of those the things where since the building was blown up-they received justice for dying.......Yeah I guess u could say V didn't have an identity cuz V is the roman numeral for the cell he was kept in......He was basically fighting for all those people-like the mother father, brother, Gordon, the little girl, etc. who were treated badly................

well its a great movie but i think it means that everyone stud up for the same belife the same rights to stand up aginst the gov. and so all the dead people were there because it was the idea's not the body that live, do you get, its kinda confuing but it was the ideas that lived on and that was all the ideas, it kinda says that in the beging of the movie and V is a person but he is mostly the living idea of nov 5, and so he dosnt need a face he just needs that idea to live and it still lives on after you die is the poin there triying to make along w/ 15 other ones but yeh that wut i think

basically when it shows all the characters that are so supposed to be dead..they are... you know how Evey says V was all of us?my mother my father..etc... Well it's just basically showing that they were a part of it all. How they all contributed to make the new future.....even though they died... it's like a tribute to them in a way. At least that's what I think.

Well I didn't like that movie at all...maybe it's because I'm an idiot and couldn't understand it properly but I didn't like it. As for the details, I doubt that people will read them but you never know.
