If I apply to harvard under early decision and get rejected, is it possible for me to apply again under regular decision? (I will have more major awards if I apply under regular decision)

you prolly wanna check w/ harvard directly, but in general, 3 decisions come from early decision: acceptance, deferral, or rejection. deferral means they'll automatically consider you again for regular decision, and rejection means you're done for the year. so you prollllllly wanna wait..... unless your resume's already strong enough and you're confident you're gonna get in.
another thing - usually they don't reject early decision candidiates unless they're absolutely sure that the candidate is NOT suitable for harvard. but i don't kno if deferred students can update their application. so yeah, prolly ask harvard directly.

good luck!

Why don't you get in touch with the authorities of Harvard?

A rejection of any kind does not bode well for you to be chosen at a later time. I would wait if I were you.
