"Late" by Ben Folds...
if you just want anything sad, "Fond Farewell" by Elliott Smith. Although I just love Elliott Smith and that song gives me chills. I should mention Ben Folds wrote "Late" about Elliott which makes it sadder. Enjoy, I guess.
