Sounds like you need to see a new doctor if your old one doesn't know whats wrong with you. Make sure you are seeing a gyn and not just a gp. If your partner gets a rash from it too then it is something that is sexually transmitted - so you need to have a full workup of blood tests for std's and sti's.

you should really see a gynecologist. It sounds like the doctor or doctors your seeing are not teting you for the right things. It could be a number of things like a bacterial infection which can cause some of the symptome you've described or a yeast infection. And definitley don't rule out the possibility of an STD. You can see a gynecologist for free through planned parenthood and they can give you medication for everything I've mentioned.

****Also keep in mind that it may not even be you it could be your boyfriend. Guys can pass yeast & bacteria back to you and you can get whatever this is all over again****

make sure that you get him checked for this

GOOD LUCK

Have you considered switching doctors? I would also suggest the following ( I had a severe bladder infection for 2 wks and was almost hospitalized) drink nothing but cranberry juice (get the kind with 1/2 the sugar), eat NO fruits or drink any other fruit juices except for cranberry and cut down on your carbs. Also cut down on your dairy.
Are you sure it isn't a yeast infection?

Cranberry juice has been known to help people with bladder infections. I would also ask for a referal to a urologist, you may need to have a culture done to so you can get properly treated. Your partner(s) may also be reinfecting you and not know that they are also carrying an infection.

A bladder infection should not cause your partner to get a rash. Go to the doctor and figure this out.

Drink lots of cranberry juice and talk to someone in the health food store or someone who specializes in holistic medicine, sometimes it can be better to talk to somebody about an herbal treatment as opposed to traditional medicine. Your body may be immune to the antibiotics they give you. Or could always get a second opinion from another doctor, but i would try the natural approach. Sometimes you get things like that from the foods you are eating!

if itis a bladder infection you doctor should give u some antibiotics. If it get worst, you can have surgery that removing part of the bladder. From what you are telling me, it can be a bladder infection or it can also be a tumor. I suggest you have a colonscopy done

It's probably a urinary tract infection. Stop having sex or masturbating for a couple of days and drink lots of water. It might just go away. As far as the rash goes I have no idea. It could be any lubricants you're using.

Burning when you urinate could be one of the signs for a urinary tract infection (UTI) or known as a bladder infection. You should go to the doctor and get them to do a urine test for a bladder infection. If the turns out negative thrush can also make it burn when you urinate as well.

This happened to my friend and as odd as it sounds, it turned out to be a yeast infection. She didn't have the discharge or itching but she felt like she had a bladder infection and it caused rashes when she had sex.
