Are you asking if any two equally massed objects of different constitutions when placed in relationships where classical theory predicts their gravitational effects on a third mass would be identical, have effects that are not identical?

To the best of my limited knowlege the answer is no. It is problematic that gravitational forces are so weak because it makes measurement of gravitational interactions between normal laboratory-scale objects nearly impossible. There is a probe that is being sent to one of the Lagrange points to attempt to study what is known of gravity at much finer resolution, and to test to see whether its phenomena is consistent with theory. It has not been done and published so I cant tell you its results.

That doesn't really make sense, but i will try to answer anyway. Gravity is constant as long as you are staying in the same place. If your moving around, gravity can be different (for instance, at the top of a mountain vs at the bottom of a mountain). You can reduce the effects of gravity (getting in a swimming pool) but the power of gravity is the same, the water is just helping hold you up against it.
