I'm tryin 2 upload mysongs 2 a site that lets me put an mp3 player on my site. where can i find my music files

Ok, I know that I have to click on Upload, and when I do I only see a few of my iTunes songs. Where are the rest of my song files? I've looked in every folder. I've tried re downloading everything from limewire onto windows media player and then to itunes, and back and forth. but only a few songs show up when I click on Browse, to upload them onto the website. Can anyone help me!?

copy and paste them to my documents then upload them!
