Just try not to be racist themselves. You can't change the minds of ignorant bigots that have their minds made up. All you can do is try to live a peaceful, honest life.

i live in a town where 9/10 black people are more racist than the white people. I mean, to me, which i am very liberal and not racist, but when the african americans here go on and on about the "Man" and not getting respect, and getting dissed by the system.. and there are 10 living in one home, and all get the state check and none work, there is something amiss there. And i am not saying all black people are that way , just around here, yes they are. And african americans have the NAACP. Where as if the white community had any type of all white organization, it would be unlawfull or prejudice. They have the all black channels... could you imagine a broadcast company having an all white channel? Doesn't make sense.

To me, african americans have more rights and more power than any of the white people i have seen. They get jobs because of the color of their skin a lot of the times over other people who have experience.

And if there is ever a racial argument with a black person, at least around here, they throw up that my ancestors had slaves. Well first, no, they didn't. And second, it was the black people from africa who sold the black people into slavery lol.

So.. to end black racism, i think they just need to cool it, and let the past stay in the past. Like i said, around here, the black people keep the flame of racism going, not so much the white people. The american Indians had it just as bad if not worse, and you do not see them on tv going on and on about the man, or respect... because they are happy that the white man has tried to help and has helped them a lot. They are appreciative. They do not have their hands out for more. And personally, i think any type of racism is dumb - including japanese, chinese, french, american, black, white, red, yellow, girl, boy, sexual orientation, religion, etc...

And just to those who think oddly of my comments - i am not 100% white, myself... though yes my appearance is, my geneology is not, and you know.. i am proud of that.. but i will not be on tv asking for handouts because of it.

there will always be ignorant people in the world. I may say things that seem racist sometimes but I am not a racist, i speak on what I see not what I believe from my peers or see on the television. But also in my pointing out differences between race or talking about the KKK and mexicans, I also try to look for ways that we are all similar regardless of race. so I think that people need to only talk about what they've observed on their own. Know that what is on TV or in books isn't what holds true to the race as a whole. And look for similarities instead of reasons to hate on another race because they're different. And interacting with other races to gain an understanding about them. This is all so education which cures ignorance, and end all racism. NOT JUST BLACK RACISM, because we are not the only people that can be prejudice.

Hmm, well, I think that they should try to break out of the stereotypes that society have placed them in ... In fact, every race should try that ... I'm not suggesting that they start doing everything the "white" way or whatever you call that ... civilized? (o_0 or that's some peoples' personal opinions ... not something I believe in), or that they lose any part of their identity, because it is something to be proud of, but at the same time, they should realize that along with their whole gangsta image, they should try to show that they are intelligent as well, because many rappers are actually intelligent! If you take the time to read some of their lyrics, they can be like poets, and they can come up with great ... puns and diction. I heard Busta Rhymes in a radio interview a month ago or so, and he sounded really intelligent; he obviously knew what he was doing! Annnyways, I'm not saying that ... black people aren't intelligent, because they are obviously capable of great things, but I think that just to be "real," sometimes, they resort to things like gang activity, and what not just to prove that they are "black," you know? And well, at least in my school, sometimes, they don't put effort into school when they are capable of more ... So I think ... drop the negative stereotypes, and work/keep the positive ones ... <333

I don't believe anyone can end racism (keys don't all work).Poer conceded nothing without a demand. I think it would be a good idea to encourage our people to get as much education as possible and to increase the number of black businesses. e need to do more for ourelve--build hospital, insurance companies, private chool, etc. Also we need to increase our economic ties with Africa thus strengthening our political base just as the Jews have a relationship ith Irael.. Ignore boys like the above ho think he is knoledgeable about 14 million people baed on hate he sees on TV. For his information more whites are on elfare than black, but there are more black for their racial percentage, Many I have known on welfare used it to get on their feet and moved on as soon as possible. Most blacks work and take care of their family and most people date within their race. Sounds like you have penis envy.

To change somebody else's irrational perception is a tall order. But the question demos part of the problem. "Black people" the *group* is elevated beyond the individual; the individual is where it's at. You can name many individual blacks that don't seem to be suffering from racism. Is that b/c they clung to a group status, or b/c they defined & carved out their own life?

1. Throw out their leaders who pimp race as a means to their pocket books: Jesse Jackson, Sharpton

2. Get married, have sex, start a family, stay together Not have lots of sex, have babies with multiple women, leave the women.

3. Dress civilized. Pull your pants up so we cannot see what is underneath. Shave, cut your hair. Speak English, not ebonics or street slang.

4. Take responsibility for your failures, stop blaming others. If you want something, earn it.

5. Listen to Juan Williams, Bill Cosby, conservatives like Limbaugh and geniuses like Boortz
