Almost eighty miles a gallon on the smaller engine Vespa. The 250cc gets about 60 mpg but is fast enough to pull out into traffic. Caution car people are not looking for small motorized bikes. Don't kill yourself to get a early start into driving the jungle of 7,000lb Esclades. Drivers talking on cell phones,minivans with worried mom's. All potential hazards to your body with or with out helmet

seems to be around 50 to 80 mpg from what i could find on most websites, hope this helps
