Okay, you have some people giving you the wrong answers...I think on purpose. I always remember it as "A to T , C to G" for DNA, for RNA "A to U, C to G" I hope this helps.

not sure about the 5' or the 3'... but the middle part is UAACGAUGGCUA. I only took regular biology :)
