ok ,when I am on line and I get a message, I get a pop up telling me I have one . It does't pop up any more .

Could you be a little more specific. What Messenger do you have, Yahoo, Windows, MSN or AOL. Don't download it so quickly. First make sure that it is really gone. By gone, I am assuming that you no longer are seeing it when you boot up your computer. OK, first Go to the Control Panel. That should be listed under the start menu. Then look in Add or Remove Programs. Messenger is a Program and if it is still on your computer it is most likely in the Add or Remove Programs list. If you don't see it on there, then look in the Start Menu under the All Programs list. Most times the list is in Alphabetical order. All you have to do is Click on the program in the start menu and you will get it back. If you tell us, which Messenger program you are using, I will be able to tell you how to keep it available at all times.

JUST DOWNLOAD IT AGAIN or look in your recycle bin
