I have been going through troubles lately. My fave e-mail stopped working on Friday. I had to eat lunch at school alone which made me remember how I'm a loner. My sister is dating this stupid boy she met online, and we drove 3hrs just so she could meet him. She's making me a lot more miserable with him. I don't have any friends at school, only online. But I do have people to talk to at school. Boys made me mad by saying stuff they didn't really mean, and they were strong words.
Does anybody know a way I could feel better about my miserable life? I really need help.

Cycles. Happens to everyone. Soon the cycle will change and everything will come up roses. Until then, hang in there.

High School is a miserable place. I think it is set up to make us feel inadequate. I was so miserable in high school that I never even wanted to go. I was such a loner that I started pushing people away because It just seemed easier.

All I can tell you is find something you love and learn about yourself. Know yourself so well that you know what makes you happy and do that thing.

When you are happy with yourself people want to be around you. No one wants to be around a sad person. You don't have to be unhappy if you live your life searching for joy instead of wallowing in unhappiness.

You are going to be just fine. Your sister will always be your sister even if she's distracted with a stupid internet boy.

Yeah how about this. Things could be a whole lot worse.

You could for example get married to what you think is the perfect woman. Have four wonderful children and just when you think you are about to be at the top of your game... WHAM! She breaks the news that she has cancer, it spreads to her liver and kindey and pancreas.

You practically go into bankruptcy, because she wants more things then she really needs, but you can't say no, because she is dying. You break you *** working overtime, to try to cope. Come home do more work there all to help her out as much as possible. You spend 3 years trying to stay strong, crying like a baby when you are alone.... and then WHAM!

She gets a boyfriend, turns out the cancer was a complete lie. She takes away you kids and encourages them to call her 25 year old boyfriend 'Daddy'.

Thats my life, my oldest just turned 8 on the 4th and my youngest turned 4 today, I got to say happy birthday over the phone.

Life ***** suks... and then you die.

Get used to it.

The person who said cycles is right. In the meantime, you need to reduce the number of potentially dangerous or emotionally damaging situations you place yourself in. I wouldn't go three hours with my sis to meet an online guy. If she wants to go so bad, she should go with a parent.

Talk to people a little more, take up a new hobby you can be proud of, force yourself to smile till the day it's a real smile. You'll be stronger for it.
