I swear, I feel like Sean Hannity... Whenever I want to know how the democrats feel, what they would do, how they would change things, not one SINGLE one can answer me straightly. All they can do is spew out Sh*t about the President, that I'm OVER hearing. "He lied to go to war, he broke the laws, he's the worst pres ever". that is FINE. i dont CARE about all that. Who said I even supported him? This is between the parties and I am asking WHAT DO DEMOCRATS STAND FOR? I guarantee someone will bash bush.. is that ALL you can dO? And I know republicans will answer humorously as well, but I'm REALLY wanting to know what they would do in the world today!!! and if you can't answer me, don't answer, cause that gives me more reason to think the party is really lame.... and im looking to hear some real opinions!

I completely agree with you on this. Liberals, of which I am one, have not come out with an alternative plan. The biggest reason for that is the Republican political machine is so much better. It all comes down to marketing and the right has us completely beat.

Now for your straight answer.

The biggest thing we need to do is get the infrastructure working. I.e. roads, electrical power, water, gas and the oil rigs and pipelines. Next, get everyone employed. If you can get that done you've won the ballgame. Give people an interest in the future and the rest will take care of itself. People will be invested and a part of the system, you won't take out the leaders and the true believers this way, but you will win the grunts back to your side.

Unfortunutely, the right believes security can only be won from the barrel of a gun. Iraq already engaged in a civil war whether either side of the aisle wants to admit it or not. My personal opinion is that unless we want to fund the plan mentioned above, we should start a phased withdrawl immediately end within the next 12-36 months. Either we need to make a serious effort at giving the Iraqi people something to hope for or get the hell out.

ok, they have a stressful time beliving in some thing which you won't have the ability to be certain or touch some thing then it does not exist, yet there's a lot of evidence in a e book that is going back 2,000 years sightings of Jesus strolling on water, therapeutic a guy that became into born blind and bringing a lifeless female back to life they simply won't have the ability to have faith it in the event that they themselves do no longer see it with their very own eyes. Later ok we don't ought to be certain it to have faith it, all of us be attentive to it in our Hearts!!

First of all, I think chainsaws' analogy of the democrats is "interesting" to say the least. The Democrats from what I have witnessed are for the working class american. There decisions on taxation are to ease the tax burden on the lower and middle class people. There lawmaking decisions are based on those same beliefs. This is America, the wealth is infinite, but the rich hord the wealth so no one else can attain it. The democrats have the right to be concerned with Bush lying to go to war! American soldiers with families are dying because Bush has a personal interest in this war. OIL! This war in Iraq is about OIL not terrorism! The war in Afghanistan is about terrorism but not the one in Iraq. Like I said, Americans are dying so a rich mans interests can be served. And if you want an example about where the Republicans priorities are heres one for you. They wanted to and DID impeach President Clinton for getting a ******** and LYING about it! Bush LIED to go start a war that only served his personal interests and they have PROOF that he intentionally LIED to go to war, but still yet he has not been impeached! So Clinton lied about getting a *******, nobody was injured, nobody died, but Bush on the other hand lied to start a war where people are being injured and killed everyday and they won't impeach him! So you connect the dots for yourself, about what the Democrats are about and what the Republicans are about. Take a look around you tomorrow when you are going to work if you are still blessed enough to have a job, and see where things have gone as compared to when the Clinton administration was in the White House! This country and it's economy has went to hell in a hand basket since the Bush administration took control of the White House. The democrats know that we just can't pack up and leave Iraq if they get back in office. They know that Bush waging war over there has wrecked that country and to just withdraw our troops from that country would make America look worse than what it did when we went in to begin with. Bush's actions have guaranteed we are there for the long haul and there is no way out! Everything for you to make the comparison of what the Democrats are about is right in your face everyday in black and white but you just don't take the time to see it! LOOK AROUND! It's all in black and white, there are no gray areas. Hope I helped you out!

Since the Democrats will not state what they really think, I the great Chainsaw will read their minds and report this on Yahoo tonight only.

Democrat politicans want their ordained power back. They have been out of power for too long. They believe there is a pecking order in society. There are the worker bees and the ruling class. They believe that formal education entitles one to rule over the masses.

They believe in higher taxes for the rich. Their foundation of beliefs acknowledges that there is a finite amount of wealth and the rich obviously steals it. Since they do not know or associate with self-made people they look at their fellow Democrats who have a lot of money and see how they made it. These include lawyers, who almost exclusively make money by taking it from people who earned it. See trial lawyers who want to put blame on someone for every ill and perceived ill in the world.

They do not believe in true freedom. Most people are too stupid to make their own decisions so the government must do it for them.

I am a Democrat.
I stand for the National Anthem.
I stand for the pledge of Allegiance, one nation under God.
I stand for our troops and I support our troops.
I stand for liberty.
I stand for less government intervention in our private lives.
I stand for lower taxes.
I stand for honesty.
I stand for better government, not more government.

I will tout the virtues of any politician, Republican, Democrat, or other party, and will speak out about their faults also. It is my right and my freedom to do so.

I am a decorated American Vietnam veteran and proud of it. I will stand up for the honor of other decorated American veterans, and war heroes, such as Senator Kerry, because of the good service they did risking their lives for their country.

I don't car what your political affiliation is. I am getting awfully tired of wackos smearing American War Heroes because of the political affiliation.

I think that's a horribly broad question... they stand for many things... at least I do...

I don't feel like going through my whole belief structure in full though, that would be huge and frankly, you sound more like you're venting than you actually care...

but this may be a bit in the right direction, I don't agree with all of it in total, just as all Republicans don't agree with everything the Republican party stands for, but here it is...

You won't hear any real opinions because democrats have no agenda. Their whole policy is based on finger pointing and tearing down republicans. Watch C-span during a senate vote and hear all the dems spit out their venon opposing the republicans. Then tune in for the actual vote------why is it that most will vote with the republicans? It's all for show. The dems do not know what they are doing.

I'm a liberal, but I am above this two party bullshit. I think the Dem's have had too many opportunities to separate themselves from the rep, like on health care or senior pharmacy or gay marriage .But they wont, they're too afraid.
I think we as a nation should let the republicans clean up their own mess. And I'm going GREEN.

Listen, a Democrat is just a communist in a party dress.

Their ultimate goal is to get rid of any opposition to their plan for global political domination by their Marxist style government.

Why do you think the Islamofascists are their friends? All the moslems want is religious domination, they'd get along just fine with the communist dems ruling their political worldwide gov't.

They're just helping each other right now. Haven't you noticed the mullah's are all using the democrat party talking points?
