T - bone steak by far is the best cut in my opinion.
It is moderately priced,fillet Mignon is overrated.
If you marinate T-bone it taste better than fillet Mignon .
The only way to cook it is to grill it for the optimum taste,with a side of kabobs that include onions,and mushrooms.
Nothing better .

I like filet mignon because there are no bones, fat or gristle to deal with. The best cut of beef that exists.

Depends on who is cooking it... I love filet medium rare but it has to be a small filet. The taste is sooooo goood! But there must be some juices!!!
ribeye is great too cooked at medium.... it can be a little fatty for my tastes though...
sirloin is too tough

What's not to love about a t-bone on steroids :)
Must...be...RARE! Just a little sizzle on each side to mix up the flavors...a little pepper and garlic butter.
Number two: New York Strip - same way
...and A-1 is only for when they cook it wrong and you can't send it back.

filet mignon..its tender..and almost buttery-(if) marinated for 24 hours..i like mine served with maitre d' butter, garlic mashed potatoes, and steamed brocolli..and of course! A-1 or worchestershire sauce..char-broiled medium well..oh man!!
