Why did they change the name of the movie from "Don't Tell Her It's Me" to "The Boyfriend School"

i went to imdb.com and they said that "the boyfriend school" was the name of the book.

That's just like the book "Disco Bloodbath." It was renamed "Party Monster" after the movie.
