Yes call the domestic violence hotline 1-800-799-SAFE. They will help you formulate a plan to escape safely, and also connect you to various resources afterwards. Best of luck sweetheart. Escaping will be the best thing you've ever done. Don't wait.

Contact an abuse hotline and tell them you need immediate emergency help. Sounds like youve tried the police and restraining oder bit with no relief. If you do get help from them , you must be ready to give up totally your current life so he cant find you. The churches can help also but your best bet is the hotline. Good luck and God bless

Go to a library and find a computer that cannot be "checked" by your abuser and do a search for "safe houses". There is one in New York and I believe there is one in Philadelphia.
If it is a matter of relocating, do it. Get away as fast as you can.
I left my abuser and started a new life with a good education. I am now a registered nurse.

Family and friends, also find out if there is a domestic abuse help line in your area. I'm not sure if it is just in the Maryland area, but try the House of Ruth organization.

I have been there.. call a women's center.. they can help you.. they have "safe houses" and some are in other towns far away so he can't find your car by driving around.

Call your local domestic violence shelter! They can get you the help you need, and will be very discreet.
