maybe cuz they are to old to drink other stuff like beer, and other cool stuff to drink or even juice, realy old people did not even drink juice

I am only 41 and have been drinking coffee since I was 8! My daughter loves it and is 12.
As far as old people, My Dad would always have a couple of glasses of wine at night, drank beer at a Crawfish boil, drank coke with mixed drinks, drank iced tea at meals, and lots of water during the day after he woke up every morning with a cup of coffee! When he died he was 75.

Old people just like quiet time and talk. Usually when you get old you just want to go out for coffee, hang around and talk. Coffee is associated with relaxation because in a busy day of hustle and bustle at work, old folks just want to wind down by drinking coffe, sitting down or even just watch TV or read newspaper.

What is old for you? I think, 30 is old to you? Older people do not drink much coffee coz they can't sleep as is, and coffee would make it worse. Did you check lately WHO is in the Starbucks, my child? Be nice to older people. one day you might be there.

The elderly have trouble staying regular. Caffeine in coffee loosens the bowels. Also, scientists now say that coffee is the leading source of disease-fighting antioxidants in the U.S. today. But it's mostly the bowel thing.

It just becomes a habit. During their adult lives, coffee gives them the lift to get through the day of work and putting up with bratts or teenagers. When they are old, it is just a habit.

well i don't think of myself as old but i drink coffee why because i like it did the alcohol when i was younger but i am smart enought now to look after myself insteads of abusing myself

im not old and i like coffee???? i drink heaps, i also drink beer when i feel like it and juice water whatever!!!! what world do you live in certainly not the one im in, people drink what they drink coz they like it.

I am not old and I love coffee. Really good quality coffee just tastes good.
BTW: have you noticed who is driking coffee at Starbucks? Honey, most of them aren't old.
