This is going to betray my background a little bit, but when I was a child and until I left home at age 19 we had cattle of all sorts...and I never heard a cow vocalize anything that sounded like the word "moo". Never. The closest thing to that sound that I ever heard was a cow vocalizing to its calf, and it appeared to me to be calming, loving message to its offspring, something along the lines of a combination of "I'm home" and "Soup's on" or something like that. Cows (and bulls) make a great many sounds, some along the lines of challenge (bellows), others along the lines of camaraderie, and sometimes sounds along the lines of frustration or anger or just to let you know, "hey, buddy, feed me."
As for the rhyming...sounds like other folks have already given you a nice selection.

Moo in "cowanese" has many different meanings. It all depends on the accent, the Pronunciation, as well as if you enunciate on the m or the o.
Things that rhymes with moo is shoe, who, you, boo, clue, shoo, true, blue, due, glue, canoe, ewe, ooo (but not aww), Foo (as in Little Bunny Foo-foo), Crue (as in Motley Crue), crew, chew, hew, few, and pooh.
Like I said, it depends on what pronunciation of moo you are talking about.

Moo is a bovine term which, roughly translated, means, "Look girls, here comes that guy in bibbed overalls to play with our boobs again." It rhymes with, Ooooo.
