i do hope not. i think it would be a complete waste of tax payers money. i feel sad for people who have to conform to peoples perfect ideas of what women should look like and the more people that go along with it the worse it will become...
self confidence and esteem makes a person happy. breast reduction on the other hand is a different matter as this can cause other medical problems which would cost more in the long run and also the constant pain that these women suffer. for god sake bring back the conservitives!

I don't think breast enlargements are available on NHS Scotland.

However, there's a product on the market right now called "Perfect C" is currently very popular in the UK.

It has had many celebrity endorsements as well as a feature in a popular daily newspaper (Daily Mail).

If you haven't heard of "Perfect C", I'd recommend you take a look at it.

I don't know but my sis got a breast reduction at st johns in Livingston and there was a girl there getting an enlargement.

be happy with what u got some people dont even have breats people suffering from breast cancer ect dont scam of the nhs when u dont need it
