The "stove-pipe" slim legged jeans are back. I remember them from the 1980's. Fashions always seem to come back around. Will you be wearing them?

I think they're H.O.T. and will especially look damned good with high-heeled, pointy-toe pumps...I like the one's with the zippers (slightly unzipped with the pumps...slammin'!). I had a pair back-in-the-day and will enjoy them now...
I can't wait to rock them bad boyz!!! But, wait! You can't shape like a pear and wear those things...figure/shape is everything!

They've been back for a year now I think. Well, at least in California. I tried to wear them for a while because I think they're fabulous, but I realized they are very unflattering to my body. I am bottom heavy and have short legs. So I'm sticking to wide leg jeans, circa 1960's, and flares, or boot cut.
:) Those are the original anyway.

I think thay look cute if you are super skinny, as for myself I am tall (6'1") young woman, I am not overweight but I have a curvy body and I know that those thing won't look good on me! They only look good on a very limited number of people but if you can rock them more power to ya I say! I just hate that now I am going to see people wearing that shouldn't be wearing them at all! You know that there are always those people who think that just because it is fashion forward they have to and can wear it if you know what I mean!

When they first came back, I really didn't like them on myself but I thought they looked ok on other people. They grew on me though, when people started wearing boots over the top, & I started wearing them. I'm wearing them with boots right now actually.

Ugh they are not good looking on ANYONE- not someone skinny skinny, regular skinny, average, curvy, or plus-size!!! Not even the mannequins in the store look good in them- what do you even wear with them? Tunic-length tops, I assume? Good lord, just wear leggings, not denim sausage casings....

Stovepipe was one thing - straight and loose. Slim leg is different like pencil leg pants...tight all the way down. And I really dislike them both.

No I love flares...I know..the leggings, converse, pearls....everything comes back but has a twitch in each of them..lol next thing you know afros and bellbottoms come back in.

i wore them in the 80's when I was 50 pounds lighter. now, I can't use them, unfortunately. I think they look fabulous with the right body type.

no, i won't be wearing them. i only think that they look good with folded down ugg boots over them, the jeans tucked into the boots.
