I had severe cramps when I was 16yrs. and then migranes started too. Every month was different in the intensity. Before I got married at age 19, I got onto birth control pills which made my periods so easy and the cramps were gone.
I know a lot of women that have had severe cramps at your age. My niece is one of them. She tried birth control pills to regulate her periods a little better and the cramping did slow down to be bearable for awhile and then she was back to the same problem. The only remedy for her was some medicinal herbs. As long as she takes them her cycles go very smooth.
You might want to be seen by a doctor and also talk about some options to help you.

A friend of mine had bad cramps like that - she would have to stay home in bed all day with a hot pack (where ever the cramps hurt the most) and pop Motrin for the pain. You should talk to your mom so you can go to the gynecologist - he/she may be able to give you some prescription medication to help the cramps so you can make it through the day. Good luck and I hope you feel better!

Well, your age doesnt matter if you had unprotected sex there is a possibility of pregnancy.Although, from the sounds of it you are absolutely sure you arent,so you ruled that one out yourself. The only time i have had really bad "pains" they were way worse than cramps was when i had to have my appendix removed.I couldnt even stand up straight let alone walk. You should consult your family doctor because if they rupture then it is going to hurt you even worse and cause a possible infection. If that is ruled out i would say go to your obgyn,or consult one in your area.It could be something dealing with that part of your body and such. This does sound like you appendix tho,i would speak to your parent(s) about this because if it is your appendix you need to get to the hospital.Good luck, hope you feel better soon.

Okay. For what its worth, I'm 35 and I've have VERY bad cramps almost all of my (period) life. The best way to avoid it is by taking Ibuprofin the MINUTE you start feeling the cramps. You'll learn to predict when they will arrive and then you can take them ahead of time. I usually take 600 ml, (3 pills). And I always have them with me. My doc told me that Ibuprofin works with your muscles and that's why its so good for cramps. Also, calcium and magnesium help too. I'd go see your doctor just to be sure whats right for YOU. You are not alone ...

When is the last time you had a bowel movement? My mom used to ask me this everytime I had a tummy ache. If it has been a couple of days you may be constipated. Try drinking more water. If it has been about 2 weeks since your last period started, it might be possible that you are ovulating. Some women get painful cramps during this time.

Yeah you can actually get your period when you're not expecting it. Especially at that age. So it could be that you'll start your period again.
Its totally normal for a women's body to change her cycle for no aparent reason.
As long as you dont have any blackened discharge, or severe pain in only one side with a fever you should be just fine.
If it doesnt get better ask your mom to take you the doctor to make sure its not an infection.

Wow. You look variety of shallow and materialistic, and extremely bitter. Did it ever take place to you that basically according to possibility that female that could look much less beautiful and frumpy to you is a 10 in the guy's eyes? no longer all adult males are shallow. the different undertaking is, you could properly be searching for that distinctive somebody, whilst the actuality is, whilst the main suitable guy seems, he is going to approach you and you'd be attentive to it provided which you enable pass of the outward appearances. He could be breathtakingly surprising, or he might basically be primary, yet you will no longer be attentive to in case you're settling for purely a "sort". there's a asserting that there is somebody for each individual. in specific cases there are human beings jointly which you would be able to fairly say, "Ew!" questioning what the heck does he see in her or vice versa. There are forces previous this universe that are able to inflicting 2 human beings to be very lots drawn to a minimum of one yet another because of the fact of their chemistry, their connection. it is not constantly approximately intercourse. although allure and intensity and compatibility could make that spectacular. as quickly as you get off of your shallow extreme horse and take an prolonged sturdy check out your inner self, you will entice somebody who will make your coronary heart sing. somebody who's worth of your coronary heart and vice versa. He might supplement you in techniques which you by no skill imagined. you should settle on what you fairly want previous the obtrusive, outward elegance, or inner elegance.

yes of course. Maybe when you get older you can start on the birth control pill, they reduce the painful cramps, but I don't think you can get them as young as you are.
Try some techniques to alleviate the pain, I am sure you can look it up on a website. I think no caffeine, exercise, and good diet helps.

Like the first person said, it may be your appendix. Is this the first time it has happened? If so, and it's on your right side, go to the ER!
If it's a slight pain, you could just be ovulating!
But if they are as bad as you say... get to a doctor!
Good Luck!
