Design is everything from a soup label to a 12-room house, from a teapot to a roller coaster, from a magazine to pill bottle, a DVD player to an airplane, from a knit sweater to a light fixture. Oh, and it can also be a lovely painting on your livingroom wall.
All the things around you are designed by artists. They make your life easy, comfortable, entertaining, safe, enlightening.
